All products are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to discontinue or limit quantities of any product at any time.

We make every effort to display product colours and details accurately, but we cannot guarantee your device will display colours perfectly.

3. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are authorised to use the payment method provided
  • All information supplied is accurate and complete

Prices are shown in GBP and include applicable UK taxes unless stated otherwise.

4. Shipping

We ship within the United Kingdom only.

  • Orders are processed within 1–5 business days
  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
  • Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers once an order has been dispatched.

5. Returns & Refunds

Our returns policy forms part of these Terms.

  • Do not accept or sign for any damaged post
  • You must notify us of a return within 14 days of delivery
  • Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
  • Customers are responsible for return postage costs
  • Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Faulty or incorrect items will be refunded in full, including return postage.

6. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, provided you notify us within the required timeframe.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, designs, images, and text, is the property of Blame My Heart and may not be used without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blame My Heart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
